ARF publishes a portfolio of open-access and subscription peer-reviewed journals. Each title is guided by an independent editorial board of subject experts and follows a double-blind review process.

Comparative law, public policy and international relations.

Economics, sociology, education and development studies.

Literature, history, culture and area studies.
Author Guidelines
Manuscripts are accepted on a rolling basis. Authors should follow the journal-specific style guide, include a structured abstract and declare all funding sources and conflicts of interest at submission.
Peer Review Process
- Initial editorial screening (2 weeks)
- Double-blind peer review by two or more referees
- Revisions and editorial decision
- Copyediting, typesetting and DOI assignment
